Balaji Dream Team, a name synonymous with success and innovation, celebrated a glorious milestone at Victor’s Night 2023. The event, held at the Best Western Imperio in Hisar on June 21, 2023, marked 21 years of unwavering triumph and set the stage for new horizons of achievement.
Victor’s Night 2023 was not just an occasion to celebrate past achievements but also an opportunity to envision a future filled with promise. The team came together to reflect on its remarkable journey and chart a path for the years ahead.
The event commenced with a warm welcome and self-introduction by Mr. Abhishek Punia, who took the stage to share the history of Balaji Dream Team. He applauded the exceptional performance of the team in the fiscal year 2022-23, setting the tone for an evening filled with inspiration.
One of the major highlights of the evening was the unveiling of a new brand name: Shree Balaji Consultancy Services is now Shree Balaji Team Acquisition LLP. Mr. Punia announced the company’s vision and mission:

Mr. Punia also introduced the distinguished hierarchy of management in SBTA, including Founder Usha Punia, Dr. Wazir Singh Punia as the Head Consultant of Business Development, Anusha Punia as Chief Human Resource Officer, and the newest addition to the team, Sachin Sharma, who was welcomed as the Chief Learning Officer. The team looked forward to a promising future under this dynamic leadership.
The evening proceeded with Mr. Punia’s insights into the plan for FY 2023-24, setting the stage for continued growth and excellence.
Chief Learning Officer Mr. Sachin Sharma then took the stage to share the dream project: Special 11. This initiative encompasses comprehensive training and advanced learning, personal branding, career planning and development, evaluation and feedback, and a focus on work-life balance. Mr. Sharma illustrated the significance of training using real-life examples from the likes of Warren Buffett, Elon Musk, Indra Nooyi, Jeff Bezos, Sachin Tendulkar, and innovative tools like ChatGPT.
The eligibility criteria for Special 11 were outlined, paving the way for a new generation of high achievers.
Mr. Punia further shared his life philosophy, urging the team to “Think Big” and illustrating his point with examples from the lives of visionaries like Walt Disney, Michael Phelps, and J.K. Rowling. He emphasized that dreams should always surpass challenges, drawing inspiration from the journeys of highly successful individuals.
The event was graced by esteemed chief guests, including Mr. Rakesh Sharma (Head of Agency, Tata AIA), Pankaj Gera (SDOA), Balkishan Soni (DOA), and Dharmendra Sheoran from Tata AIA management. Individual sessions by MPBA Sanjeev Jain, Senior Partner Navdeep Jaura, Partner Sandeep Sheoran, CBA G.S. Mahalawat, Partner Mordhwaj Singh, CBA Amit Vij, and Rahul Vij (Vij brothers) provided valuable insights and motivation.
A rewarding Rewards & Recognition (R&R) ceremony, where the chief guests acknowledged and rewarded qualifiers, added to the evening’s festivities.
The event concluded with a special session by the chief guest and a heartfelt vote of thanks by Dr. Wazir Singh Punia, who announced an upcoming team meeting planned for October.
