SBTA (Shree Balaji Team Acquisition LLP) continued its tradition of excellence with the second edition of “Prime Connect” held on September 17, 2023. This online meeting brought together the brightest minds in the industry, as SBTA celebrated promotions, shared insights, and charted a path for future success.
The meeting commenced on a note of celebration as two outstanding individuals were promoted to higher roles. Mr. Vinod Gulia, hailing from the Bhiwani branch, achieved the prestigious rank of CBA (Chief Business Associate), while Mr. Nandlal Saini, from the Jaipur branch, was promoted to SBA (Senior Business Associate). Their accomplishments serve as a testament to SBTA’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent within its ranks.
One of the highlights of the meeting was an acknowledgment of a recent team meeting organized by Senior Partner Navdeep Jaura on September 13, 2023, in Chandigarh.

1. MDRT: WHERE WE ARE:
Attendees received insights into SBTA’s MDRT achievements. The team celebrated the presence of 15 MDRT 2023 qualifiers and 6 MDRT prospects who have achieved over 75% of the criteria. An additional 15 prospects have crossed the 50% criteria threshold, with 34 individuals making significant progress in the 25-49% range.
2. CMC: ADVISOR, LP & LEADER:
The importance of Contract Maintenance Criteria (CMC) in maintaining licenses and career progression was discussed, reinforcing SBTA’s commitment to professionalism.
3. INVITING BUSINESS PLANS:
The meeting provided a platform to invite valuable business plans and suggestions from participants.
4. DISCUSSION ON FEEDBACK:
Attendees were encouraged to provide feedback, shaping the future direction of SBTA.
CSO Abhishek Punia provided strategic insights on achieving fiscal year targets, focusing on recruitment, and conducting regular team meetings. CLO Sachin Sharma discussed two critical business aspects: recruitment strategies and the importance of regular team meetings to meet CMC and Training Conclave qualification.
Participants gained valuable insights into dividing their time effectively throughout the month for various activities, ensuring progress in all aspects of their career.
