SBTA Wraps Up Successful 3-Day 1-to-1 Connect Sessions

SBTA is excited to announce the successful conclusion of its three-day 1-to-1 Connect sessions. This digital meeting brought together a total of 24 enthusiastic team members, including the esteemed Special 11, for engaging discussions and strategic planning.

During these focused 30-minute sessions, team members delved into their business plans for the second half of the year (H2). They set ambitious targets and collaboratively devised strategies to turn these aspirations into reality.

One of the key highlights of these meetings was the discussion around eligibility for the upcoming ‘Game Plan 2023-24’ event, set to take place in the historic city of Kurukshetra. The criteria for participation were examined closely, generating excitement and motivation among the team members.

The organization of this three-day digital meet, led by the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Abhishek Punia and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Sachin Sharma, was commendable. It provided a unique learning experience for all participants, fostering knowledge sharing and team cohesion.

These sessions played a pivotal role in elevating team morale, gearing them up for a successful closure of the next quarter and, ultimately, the fiscal year. SBTA remains committed to nurturing its exceptional team members and achieving new milestones together.
